When I see a cause that moves me, we try to help both as a company, at corporate level, and me personally as an individual. I first heard about the Surya Foundation from my very good friend Slavina Arsenova. She is exceptionally conscientious and picks wonderful people, so we're all confident that the funds and the campaigns are handled in the best possible way and completely transparently.
Business holds up the whole economy. Just as state budgets are filled by business, business should also help fill the foundations a little — because whenever a company makes money, it has to give back to society.
Most often we support causes for the most vulnerable: children deprived of parental care, and women and children in crisis centres. The ones who truly need it most. We are the engine of the economy, and that social responsibility is ours too — we should press the state on it, and at the same time move the social environment ourselves, from the private sector.
We're kept fully in the loop on every campaign — what's bought, how the funds are spent; we get videos, songs and dances from the children. That warms our hearts, because we see the money going where it was meant to. At Revolution Credit Consult we've aimed to help charitable causes since the company was founded. And we'll do our best to bring these causes to our colleagues too.
