Let's clean up together! Clean-up under the Bryuksel bridge, Iskar district, Sofia

We're delighted to share that our campaign for World Cleanup Day was a success!

Around 30 wonderful volunteers gave their time and energy to clean up under the Bryuksel Boulevard bridge, near the playground and the car park in Sofia's Iskar district.

Together we collected a huge amount of waste and turned the spot into a cleaner, friendlier space for everyone living nearby.

What struck us most was the amount of tyres, clothing and cigarette butts. We urge everyone to use the clothing recycling points across the city — and to hand in old tyres at one of the sites contracted by Sofia Municipality.
